Cookies

7. Our cookie policy allows you to better understand the provisions we implement regarding navigation on our Website.

8. Each connection to the Website uses cookies to store or retrieve information from your browser. A cookie is a small piece of information (text file) that a website, when used, asks your browser to store on your device to remember information about you, such as language preferences, computing device, IP address, country of origin, browser or operating system type, access date and time, and pages visited. The types of cookies used are generally classified into four categories:

9. Cookies do not generally contain personal information beyond the URL of the website that created the cookie, its duration, and an encrypted random code. The Website’s server can only read the cookies placed on your device; it cannot access other information on your computer or mobile device. Thus, cookies cannot analyze your device or search for your personal information. Due to the limited information in a cookie, it cannot usually be used to reveal your identity or identifying information.

10. In summary, cookies facilitate navigation across Website pages, measure our performance, and compile statistical data.

11. You can configure your browser at any time to block cookies. However, be aware that this action may deprive you of certain functions offered on the Website or cause it not to work. In such cases, the Company disclaims all responsibility concerning the consequences of degraded browsing conditions due to your choice to refuse, delete, or block cookies necessary for Site functionality. These consequences do not constitute damages, and you cannot claim compensation.

Browsing History

12. Each time you access a web page, information about all events occurring during your browsing is automatically signaled by your browser. When you use the Website, our servers automatically log certain information your browser sends while visiting our site in server logs. These server logs may contain data such as your web request, IP addresses, browser type, referring/exit pages, number of clicks, domain names, landing pages, pages viewed, and other information.

Third-party Platforms

13. The Company may use Google Analytics to help understand Website usage. Google Analytics collects information sent by your browser as part of a web page request, including cookies and your IP address. Google Analytics also receives this information, and their use of it is governed by their privacy policies.

How We Share Your Information

A. Personally Identifiable Information

14. The Company may share your personally identifiable information with third parties to improve your experience accessing and/or using the Website. If so, the use of your information by these third parties will be subject to this Privacy Policy. We may store personal information outside of direct Company control (e.g., on servers or databases hosted by third-party providers).

15. As we develop our business, we may buy or sell information, goods, services, or commercial offerings. Information regarding clients, visitors, and their emails are commonly transacted in these types of transactions. We may also transfer or assign this information as part of corporate assignments, mergers, or dissolution.

16. We may share or disclose your information with your consent, for example, when you choose to register on the Website through a third-party platform. We cannot control how these third parties use your information.

17. The Company may disclose your personal information if required by law or subpoena or if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law, regulation, or legal request; to protect the safety of any person; to address fraud, security, or technical issues; or to protect the Company’s rights or property.

B. Non-Personally Identifiable Information

18. We may share non-personally identifiable information (such as anonymized usage data, referring/exit pages and URLs, platform types, number of clicks, etc.) with interested third parties to help them understand usage patterns for certain platforms.

19. The Company may allow third-party advertising servers or networks to serve ads on the Website. These third-party advertising servers or networks use technology to send, directly to your browser, ads and links that appear on the Website. They automatically receive your IP address when this occurs, and they may use other technologies (such as cookies, JavaScript, or web beacons) to measure ad effectiveness and personalize ad content. The Company does not provide any personally identifiable information to these third-party servers or advertising networks without your consent. However, note that if an advertiser asks the Company to display an ad to a certain audience and you respond to that ad, the advertiser’s server or ad may conclude that you meet the audience description they are trying to reach. The Company’s Privacy Policy does not apply in such situations, as we cannot control third-party advertiser activities. Please refer to these advertisers’ respective privacy policies for more information.

How We Protect Your Information

20. The Company uses commercially reasonable physical, administrative, and technical measures to preserve the integrity and security of your personal information. However, we cannot ensure or guarantee absolute security of information transmitted to the Company or guarantee that information on the Company’s platform cannot be accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed due to a breach of any physical, administrative, or technical measures.

21. As stated, while zero risk does not exist in IT, the Company has taken necessary measures to ensure the security of your personal information:

22. In case personal information is compromised due to a security breach, the Company will promptly notify affected individuals following notification procedures outlined in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law.

Retention Duration

23. Your personal information is retained by the Company only for the duration corresponding to the purposes for which it was collected unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law. If we no longer have a legitimate business interest in continuing to process your personal information, we will delete or anonymize it. If deletion or anonymization is not possible (e.g., if your personal information is stored in backup archives), we will securely store it and ensure it is no longer processed until feasible to delete.

Remember that when you use a link to go from the Website to another site, our Privacy Policy no longer applies. Navigation and interaction on any other website, including those linked on our site, are subject to the rules and policies of that website.
