Deep near-black green and olive-chartreuse move across the panel in large geological masses. The structure is tectonic: broad compressed fields of dark forest green fold against smooth, luminous olive pools, with thin gold fracture lines tracing the fault between them. Avocatus Quartzite is a surface with scale. Specified in hotel lobbies, executive interiors, and residential feature walls where green reads as architectural rather than decorative.
Design note
TThe pattern is metamorphic in character: large foliated masses of deep green with strong directional movement, interrupted by smooth pools of olive-chartreuse. Gold and amber hairline fractures run along the boundaries between dark and light zones. There is no fine veining. The drama is in the contrast between the dense dark structure and the luminous olive fields, and in the scale at which both move across the panel.
Translucent finish
Backlighting separates the two registers entirely. The olive pools glow with warm chartreuse light while the dark foliated masses retain their depth, creating a surface that reads as both structural and luminous simultaneously. The gold fracture lines catch light at the boundaries. Specify for feature walls, bar fronts, and hospitality applications where the panel carries the room.
Opaque finish
TThe full tonal contrast holds in daylight. The dark foliated structure reads with texture and slow movement; the olive fields provide relief and warmth. Suited to reception walls, boardrooms, and residential applications where the depth of the green palette is the brief.
